  29. Purpose of Program:

  31. The purpose of this program is to strip out the binary coding of program or
  32. data files. The resulting file should just contain all text found in the
  33. original file.

  35. This program uses some specific functions to separate the text from the
  36. coding. Because this program does not know exactly it actually does, it will
  37. do some mistakes. The functions will reduce these mistakes to a minimum.
